These are always on because the site cannot work without them. They do not track you and need no consent.

• Session cookie, keeps you signed in while you use your account.
• Security token, protects forms against cross-site request forgery.
• runem_consent, remembers your cookie choice so we do not ask again on every visit (kept for 12 months).

With your consent we use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure how the site is used, for example which pages are visited and how people arrive. This helps us improve RUNEM. These cookies only load after you accept; if you reject or do nothing, they are never set.

• _ga and _ga_<id>, set by Google Analytics to distinguish visitors and sessions. Typically kept for up to 2 years.

We ask Google to anonymise IP addresses. Google processes this data as described in its own policies. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your data.

You decide whether to allow analytics cookies. Accepting and rejecting are equally easy, and you can change your mind at any time.
